This plan will be free to users and administrators, but will contain ads from Google AdSense or the like. The features for the administrator side will include the ability to take and upload pictures of the mail either directly to a specific client’s account, or straight to the cloud to have it sorted and redirected there. The features for the user side will include viewing the virtual mailbox, receiving push notification alerts, clicking to view mail full screen, searching for mail by sender, starring, deleting, and marking as picked up.
MailGapp will charge a monthly fee for this plan but will not include ads. The features for the user will be much more involved and interactive than the basic plan’s features. Premium will take advantage of all the scans done in the cloud to deliver interactive, digital information directly to the user. With the intelligent mail barcode scan in the cloud, the take action button will allow the user to click to call, email, add to contacts, get directions to, and return the results of a Google search for the sender. With the QR code scanner in the cloud, premium users will be able to save relevant promotional offers from commercial companies, and be reminded of their offers when they’re about to expire with a calendar tie in, or with the proximity awareness feature that utilizes GPS. Users will also be allowed to share those promotional offers with their Facebook friends and Twitter followers so that others can take advantage of the offer as well, giving more value to the offer, and increasing the conversion rate for companies. Premium users will also be able to fully customize almost all of there preferences. Features such as push notifications, QR code scanning, click to call, email, etc… can all be turned on or off. They will also be able to implement specific sender actions that automate certain actions depending on who sent them the mail.
There will be a higher monthly fee for this plan and there will still be no ads. This will include the same user features as the premium plan, only it has the added user upload feature. This plan is for business professionals who might need to save and share documents or important papers they receive by mail because it allows them to take pictures of the contents of their mail and upload it to their account so the contents of any mail they choose can be stored in the cloud and accessed from wherever they are at any time.
